CC Gets First HEWA Finest Blood!

We are so very excited (as some of you have probably already noticed) that we finally have a horse that's received the honor of being a HEWA Finest Blood!

Our wonderful mare Skykomish Drift, who's been competing at the Grand Prix level of Dressage, and reached this wonderful recognition all by the age of 8!  
At the moment she has 9.5 Credit Points, with two competitions yet to be placed that we hope she does well in.  One of them being the 2010 HARPG Olympics!  

Sky has had success in the show ring, and as a mother.  Having had her first foal, a bay filly by Murphys Law, who is showing the same talent as her dam already!  We have high hopes she will follow in her mothers hoofsteps!

Sky has come from wonderful lineage.  Her sire, Werther, was the first horse to ever be awarded "Hanoverian Stallion of the Year", and has competed at and sired many Grand Prix level horses.  Her dam is SPS Highlight, making Sky a half sister to Hilltop's Donarweiss GGF the gorgeous black dressage stallion.
She has certainly come from royal blood, and Sky has lived up to it well.

Keep an eye out for our girl in times to come.  We hope she'll continue her success, and as always, fill our lives with joy.

*Sky has recently been leased to life-d-sign who's bred her to DD Berahthraben.  We're pretty excited about the foal, even though it's not ours.  We hope our girl produces a wonderful foal for DLS.
